Gluten and Lactose Free Pork Stir Fry

Background:

So this is a really nice and creamy rice dish. Sliced pork in a Paprika flavored cream. Nice and simple, just the way i like it :) This is so simple you might as make a double quantity and save for later.

Ingredients:

15ml (1tbsp) Olive Oil
1 Onion Thinly Sliced
1 Red Pepper thinly sliced
3 pork loin steaks cut into thin strips
5ml (1tsp) Paprika
250ml Soya Dairy Free Cream (Alternative to normal Single cream)
30ml (2 tbsp) Freshly Chopped Parsley
Dried white rice (1/2 Cup per person)


Instructions:
  1. Heat the oil in a medium heat wok or frying pan.
  2. Cook the onion and pepper for three to four minutes until browning.
  3. Add the sliced pork and Paprika. Fook for a further four minutes until the meat has browned.
  4. Stir in the single cream and season with pepper.
  5. Cook for an additional five minutes
  6. A few minutes before it is ready add the chopped Parsley.
  7. Serve on a bed of rice.
